Gulf Resort Complex to Start on Site

BAHRAIN, UAE-Dredging and reclamation works are about to start on the Dream Island resort complex in Manamah, Bahrain following an agreement between the developers and the Bahrain government. Construction is expected to take two years.

BAHRAIN, UAE-Gulf Star World Development, promoter of the Dream Island resort at Manamah, Bahrain, has reached agreement with the Bahrain government which will allow it to start dredging and reclamation works on site.

The Ministry of Finance and National Economy has granted Gulf Star and its co-developers, Star Leisure & Entertainment; Robodh Contracting of Bahrain and Jzala Investment Group of Saudi Arabia, consent to start the dredging and reclamation works necessary to create a 41 acre man-made island that is to be the site of the Dream Island project.
