So far, Tucker Sadler Noble Castro Architects has completed the design development for the new parking structure, science building and sports deck. Projects under way include the design of the school's new aquatics center and outdoor amphitheater. The firm will also design renovation of the existing theater.

Other projects within the master plan include a redesigned entry court, a new main library facility, remodel of the performing arts center, a new science building, a pool expansion featuring new coaches' offices and changing facility, a new arts and athletics facility and relocation of the tennis center.

As part of the master plan, design principal Robert Noble, AIA, and associate principal John Collier are providing project oversight for Tucker Sadler Noble Castro Architects, while Deniece Duscheone will serve as the project manger. Project consultants include Project Design Consultants, serving as civil engineer; GEM Engineering, mechanical engineer; Randall Lamb, electrical engineer; Simon Wong, structural engineer; and Rudolph & Sletten as cost estimator and general contractor.
