HDG Products Ltd. of Houston signed a medium-term contract for 1606 Greens Rd., taking space north of its southwest Houston headquarters to extend its reach, Chris Caudill in the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial tells GlobeSt.com. He and NAI's Joel Michael represented the tenant. A site search of several options ended at Greens Road due to its positioning in the metroplex, according to Caudill.
The distributor of air conditioning and heating products will move into a 118,400-sf, two-year-old industrial building with a quoted rent of 35 cents per sf net. David Hudson in Trammell Crow Co.'s Houston office represented the building owner, Connecticut General Life Insurance.
