Trane Distributor Commits to 60,000 SF

HOUSTON-The local distributor takes about half of a two-year-old warehouse north of its headquarters office to extend its reach in the metroplex. HDG Products gets the keys March 1 to 1606 Greens Rd.

HOUSTON-A Houston-area distributor of Trane products has signed a 60,000-sf lease in the far north submarket. Move-in is set for March 1.

HDG Products Ltd. of Houston signed a medium-term contract for 1606 Greens Rd., taking space north of its southwest Houston headquarters to extend its reach, Chris Caudill in the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial tells GlobeSt.com. He and NAI’s Joel Michael represented the tenant. A site search of several options ended at Greens Road due to its positioning in the metroplex, according to Caudill.
