Jay Hoselton, senior director with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc., tells GlobeSt.com that Family Services sold its 1530 E. Flower St. property to Hospice of the Valley, which is located next door at 1510 E. Flower in a move that will give both non-profit agencies expanded administrative offices.

In a separate deal, Family Services signed a five-year lease with building owner, Koll Bren Fund V of Irvine, CA to take 7,000 sf of office space at 411 N. Central Ave. in Phoenix, Hoselton says. Founded in 1902, Family Services provides outpatient counseling and adoption services to Valley families. Hoselton negotiated the sales and lease transactions for all parties.
