The facility was inspired architecturally by South Florida pioneer Addison Mizner. The property includes an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course that surrounds a 68,000-sf clubhouse. The clubhouse has at least six dining settings, which include private dining facilities, a display kitchen and a members' lounge; two large, fully furnished locker rooms; a 2,000-sf Signature Pro Shop; and tennis courts.

Also on the property is a 15,000-sf spa with two large whirlpool and sauna areas, a fitness center, a movement studio, locker rooms and private treatment rooms with terraces. The project also includes a landscaped pool area with lap pools, spas, a children's area, fountains and a bar/grille.
