38,000-SF Industrial Building Sells

HOUSTON-Future Enterprises of Camden, NJ is readying to move from a 10,000-sf leased space on the south side to a 38,000-sf owned building in the northwest submarket. Seller Hollander Glass Texas has the asset priced at $1.1 million.

HOUSTON-Future Enterprises LP, a Camden, NJ-based electrical parts distributor is leaving a 10,000-sf spot on the South Loop for a 38,000-sf building it has just purchased at 4600 South Pinemont Dr. in northwest Houston.

Future Enterprises plans to move into the building in March or April, Chris Caudill with the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial tells GlobeSt.com. He along with John Ferruzzo and Travis Land, also of NAI’s Houston office, represented the buyer in the sale.Hollander Glass Texas Inc. had its building on the market about six months for $1.1 million before the electrical parts distributor placed the offer for a property with a Harris County assessment of $895,900.
