Friedman Manages Sale, Lease Deals

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI-Friedman Real Estate Group reports two transactions in the Detroit suburbs, a building sale and an office lease.

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI-Friedman Real Estate Group Inc. has recently completed two transactions in the Detroit region, a sale and a lease.

In Ferndale, Friedman handled the sale of a 5,700 sf building located at 522-526 East Nine Mile Road. The property was purchased by 522.9 LLC, a local investment group, from Theresa Sammons and Bruce Pillar, for $300,000. The new owners plan to invest $100,000 in renovations that will convert the building into a combination of retail space, office space, and loft apartments.

Friedman’s David Lord, Robert Hibbert, and Kevin George represented the purchaser and the sellers in the sale.
