DI Central Corp. has been headquartered in the building since June 2000. The corporate executives considered all options, then decided to stay because the relocation cost exceeded the tab to remain in the building, Bobbie Bozarth of Axis Property Advisors of Houston said in a press release. The details of the long-term renewal aren't available, but the building's quoted rate is $14.75 per sf. Bozarth represented the tenant and Mike Adams of PM Realty Group in Houston brokered terms for the building owner, KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, CA.
The 92%-leased Camino Center II is a four-story, 76,424-sf building at 17625 El Camino Real. Other tenants include Clear Lake Psychotherapy, American Trade Co. and Borsig Technologies Inc.-KnightHawk Engineering Division.
