The two class A buildings total 280,800 sf and house 25 tenants, including Cigna, General Electric Capital Corp., Franklin American Mortgage, Manchester Tank and Astra Zeneca. The buildings are part of the seven-building Corporate Centre office park, the premier office park in the Nashville suburbs.

Jones Lang LaSalle advised the vendor, and managing director for Capital Markets Mark De Riemer says: "The offering proved to be very appealing to institutional buyers. The interest in the building was strong enough to set a new high-water mark for price per foot for recent multi-tenanted, suburban Nashville office building sales.
