TNT Logistics Inks Large Industrial Lease

SOUTHFIELD, MI-Grubb & Ellis completes two Michigan deals as year winds down, including a 340,600-sf industrial lease to a logistics firm, as well as a land sale to a local school district.

SOUTHFIELD, MI-Grubb & Ellis Company has announced several deals in the Detroit region. In Brownstown Township, the company announced the lease of 340,600 sf of industrial space to TNT Logistics North America. The Brownstown property is owned by Ashley Brownstown South, an affiliate of Ashley Capital of New York.

Dan Labes, Grubb & Ellis SVP, Industrial Group, who represented both the owner and the tenant, said the site was selected for its substantial size, the quantity of loading docks it offers and its proximity to I-75. Occupancy is expected this month.
