The property, known as Governer Executive Centre II, is located at 6256 Greenwich Dr. in Governor Park. Encompassing 101,400 sf, it is currently 96% occupied, with less than 2,000 sf worth of leases scheduled to expire here through the end of 2005. The building was previously owned by an entity known as GE Centre Partners LP.

According to Arden's company officials, the addition of the new asset has positioned the Los Angeles-based REIT as the largest owner of class A office space in the Governor Park submarket, which is one of the three areas that comprise the Golden Triangle region.

The recently acquired office property is located in close proximity to three other Arden facilities, including Governor Executive Center. Arden acquired Governor Executive Center in 2002, as part of a $69-million portfolio purchase that also included Crossroads, Carmel Valley Center I & II and Carmel View Office Center. Located at 6165 Greenwich Dr., Governor Executive Center is a three-story, 52,500-sf office facility that was 97% occupied at the time of sale.
