Arden Solidifies San Diego Presence

SAN DIEGO-The office powerhouse acquires Governor Executive Centre II for $23 million, thus positioning itself as the largest owner of class A office space in the Governor Park submarket.

SAN DIEGO-Office powerhouse Arden Realty Inc. has solidified its presence in the city’s Golden Triangle area, having snapped up an office asset here for $23 million.

The property, known as Governer Executive Centre II, is located at 6256 Greenwich Dr. in Governor Park. Encompassing 101,400 sf, it is currently 96% occupied, with less than 2,000 sf worth of leases scheduled to expire here through the end of 2005. The building was previously owned by an entity known as GE Centre Partners LP.
