At 50 Rowes Wharf, JP Morgan Chase, a global financial services firmrepresented by Topper and Lowe, disposed of 8,504 sf on the fourth floor by subleasing 5,588 sf to the Codman Co., a real estate firm, and 2,916 sf to Capitol Securities Management Inc., an investment management firm. The building is owned by Equity Office Property Trust. Both new tenants are relocating from 211 Congress St.
Among the other deals is a lease renewal at 30 Rowes Wharf for 3,013 sf on the third floor for Arthur E. Levine & Associates. Equity owns the building. At 84 State St., in an early lease renewal, Corporation Service Co. is taking 7,239 sf on the fifth floor. Lincoln Property represented the property owner, Invesco. At 30 Federal St., Emerson Investment Management, Inc. is leasing 6,560 sf--the entire fifth floor. Emerson, which wanted to upgrade its facility and move to the financial district, is relocating from 11 BeaconSt. Property owner, John Preotle of Preotle Lane & Associates, was represented by CB Richard Ellis. At 50 Milk St., Krupp Brother LLC, is leasing 6,000 sf in the penthouse on the 21st floor. Krupp relocated from Devonshire Street. The owner, Challenge America, was represented by Spaulding & Slye. At 186 Lincoln St., Bitpipe Inc., a syndicator of IT content, is relocating from the fifth floor to 6,636 sf on the sixth floor and 3,009 sf on the seventh. The owner, Meridian Investment Management, represented itself. At 451 D St. in the Fargo Building in Fort Point Channel, Richard D. Kimball Co. Inc., a mechanical and electrical engineering firm, is renewing its lease of 6,460 sf on the eighth floor. Andrew Maher from CBRE Whittier Partners represented property owner, Yale Real Estate Limited Partnership.
At 59-63 Temple Place, Ross, Silverman and Levy LLP, a law firm, is expanding its lease on the sixth floor to 3,833 sf. Property owner, Temple West Associates LLC, represented itself. At 745 Boylston St., Dermalgica Inc. will occupy 3,626 sf on thefourth floor. Lincoln Property represented owner, Prudential. At 15 Court St., Global Solutions, a subsidiary of Bowne Inc., is leasing 3,319 sf on the 11th floor in a building owned by Berman and Sons Inc., which represented itself. Finally, at 19-21 School St., the Garrity Group is leasing 2,400 sf on the third floor from First Federal Savings Bank of Boston, which represented itself.
