Friedman Arranges City Apartment Sales

DETROIT-Four apartment buildings in the city, representing over 600 units, have changed hands in one deal.

DETROIT-Friedman Real Estate Group Inc. has recently completed the sale of four apartment buildings in Detroit. The apartment buildings contain a total of 623 units and are located along Greenfield, near Grand River Boulevard.

The apartment buildings are known as: The Harvard House Apartments located at 14570 -14610 Greenfield; The Greenview Apartments located at 15097-14610 Greenfield; The Park Place Apartments located at 14897-14941 Greenfield; and the Eaton Arms Apartments located at 16501- 16561 Greenfield. The apartment buildings were purchased by Greenfield Detroit LLC.
