The building features four units per floor which range from 1,639 sf to 2,145 sf, and their prices range from $285,000 to $525,000. The residences feature ocean and intercoastal views. The project broke ground in September 2002, was finished in November and was ready for occupancy in December.

Catalfumo Construction spearheaded all aspects of the project, including providing equity, development and construction. SLA Architects & Planners Inc. was the architect for Sea Mark Condominium.
