Lowery has more than 20 years experience as an executive with public organizations and private-sector construction companies. Most recently, Lowery was construction and facilities manager for a national general contractor, PCL Construction, in Orlando, at the firm's southeastern headquarters. His work has included handling design/build and construction management of governmental and educational facilities in Florida. Most recently, Lowery was construction and facilities manager for a national general contractor. He also has been senior director of facility services for the Orange County School Board, where he was responsible for millions of dollars in construction. He also has been managing director of facilities, maintenance, construction and fleet services for the Orlando Utilities Commission.
