Ginsburg, who could not be reached for comment, plans to occupy the building, according to a broker involved in the deal. Chris Gallagher, Harry Tangalakis and Jolie Spergel of CB Richard Ellis represented Orix Capital Markets of Dallas, the service provider for Wells Fargo Bank, in conjunction with Wells Fargo Bank, which foreclosed on the property, in the transaction. Joanne Gruskin of Beachfront Commercial Realty represented Ginsburg in the sale.

"It's one of the few large buildings that was still available in North Broward County," Gallagher says. The sale closed late last year.
