103,000-SF Warehouse Trades for $4M

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-A 103,000-sf warehouse building in the city that had been vacant for about two years has been sold for $3.8 million. Dr. Mark Ginsburg purchased the foreclosed-on building, located at 2030 W. McNab Rd., for about $36.89 per sf. The building’s previous owner was investor Mid-America Management of Cleveland.

Ginsburg, who could not be reached for comment, plans to occupy the building, according to a broker involved in the deal. Chris Gallagher, Harry Tangalakis and Jolie Spergel of CB Richard Ellis represented Orix Capital Markets of Dallas, the service provider for Wells Fargo Bank, in conjunction with Wells Fargo Bank, which foreclosed on the property, in the transaction. Joanne Gruskin of Beachfront Commercial Realty represented Ginsburg in the sale.
