The first property involved is the 60,000-sf space in Circuit City Plaza on W. Broad St. Occupying a five-acre parcel the building--which is currently half-occupied by a Michaels store--sold to Sledd Properties LLC for $5.5 million. The other building--another 60,000-sf structure that is also presently half occupied--sits on a 5.5-acre parcel at 1300 Huguenot Rd., and brought in $5 million when it was sold to JLP-Richmond LLC.
