Veralliance Hires Bollert

SAN DIEGO-Steven Bollert has left his position as senior vice president at Burnham Real Estate Services, where he specialized in the sale and leasing of laboratory facilities, to join Veralliance Properties as a principal.

SAN DIEGO-Industry veteran Steven Bollert has left his post as senior vice president at Burnham Real Estate Services to join Veralliance Properties as a principal.

An expert in the sale and leasing of biotech laboratory facilities, Bollert seems like a good match for the San Diego-based real estate firm Veralliance Properties, which specializes in the acquisition, development and construction of life science projects throughout the Western United States. “Steve has been intricately involved in the growth of the biotech industry in San Diego, helping clients find facilities that meet their current and future space needs,” says Daniel J. Ryan, founder and co-principal of Veralliance Properties. “His expertise will be invaluable as we actively seek to grow our portfolio of high-quality laboratory and office facilities with $250 million in West Coast acquisitions over the next 24 months.”
