Jeremiah Larkin, director of leasing, Ed Hogan, VP, leasing, and Dennis Friedrich, president and COO of Brookfield US, repped Brookfield. James P. Quinn and Duncan McCuaig of Cushman & Wakefield represented Dow Jones, whose business and financial publications include the Wall Street Journal.
One World Financial Center is the southernmost of the four towers designed by Cesar Pelli Completed in 1985, the 40-story tower has more than 1.6 million sf of rentable area. Other tenants include Fidelity Investments and Deloitte. One World Financial Center is connected to the rest of the World Financial Center complex through a pedestrian bridge over Liberty Street, leading to the Winter Garden, outdoor Plaza and shops and restaurants. The Brookfield portfolio comprises 47 commercial properties and development sites totaling 46 million square feet, including landmark properties such as the World Financial Center here and BCE Place in Toronto.
