K&W Tire Takes 22,400 SF of Warehouse Space

AYER, MA-K&W Tire leases 22,400 sf at 6 Willow Rd. The 67,500-sf single story building located just off Route 2A/110 near the intersection of Routes 2 and 495. It was most recently occupied by New England Distribution.

AYER, MA-K&W Tire is leasing 22,400 sf at 6 Willow Rd. The 67,500-sf single story building is owned by Willow Road Realty Trust. David Stubblebine, James Stubblebine and Alan Ringuette of the Stubblebine Co. represented the property owner while Bret O’Brien of O’Brien Commercial Properties represented K&W Tire.

The building is located just off Route 2A/110, and is a 15 foot to 22 foot clear block warehouse. The building was most recently occupied by New England Distribution.K&W Tire, a tire wholesaler, says it chose the facility because of its proximity to the intersection of Routes 2 and 495. The building has another 31,000 sf available.
