The 1233 N. Post Oak Rd. location will house the US sales team for the Australian company's line of ATVs, scooters and motor bikes. The group was six months into a lease for 2,700 sf at 3432 Yale St. when it decided to expand, Ace Schlameus with the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co., tells GlobeSt.com. He says Denver-based ProLogis agreed to rip up the smaller lease and replace it with a medium-term contract for a corner of a 57,600-sf building that now has just 3,500 sf left to fill. The building's quoted rate is 38 cents per sf. ProLogis had in-house broker, Jeremy Giles, do its bargaining.
