Sporting the address of 3000 Victory Lane and 5000 Lydianna Lane off I-495, Windsor Crossing sits on the spot that was formerly home to the dilapidated 500-unit Manchester Square apartment compound. The property is a combination of 128 basic rental units, 125 apartments set aside for seniors and 95 condominiums for sale. In addition to the living spaces, Windsor Crossing also features a 6,500-sf community center, a theater room and an exercise facility.
