The parties involved in the transaction could not be reached for further comment. According to Officespace.com, the property has less than 4,000 sf available with annualized full-service asking rates in the vicinity of $18 per sf.

In its announcement, Harsch mentioned only one of the building's tenants, advertising agency Borders Perrrin Norrander, which keeps its headquarters in the building. The building houses several creative services firms.

"It is a wonderfully restored building with unique, creative tenant spaces; it is essentially an A+ class B building," says Harsch president Jordan Schnitzer. "The location is fabulous with its proximity to Pioneer Place and light rail."

Chris Johnson of Norris Beggs & Simpson represented both parties in the transaction.
