Bulk Mailer Leases 6,591 SF in North Houston

HOUSTON-Mail Processing Inc. commits for the long term to 15702 W. Hardy Rd., owned by Transwestern Commercial. The relocation search for newer operating space was concentrated on the north side of town.

HOUSTON-Mail Processing Inc. of Houston has OK’d a long-term lease for 6,591 sf at 15702 W. Hardy Rd. in North Houston.

According to the tenant’s representative, Chris Kugle of NAI Partners Commercial in Houston, the bulk mailer will move into the warehouse space in 30 days. The mailer will move from slightly less space in a 1960s-era warehouse in Oak Creek Business Park, also on the north side of town. He says the company’s executives kept the search to somewhat newer product, electing the West Hardy Road built in the mid-1980s and a location convenient for employees’ commutes.
