Corinthian College Leases 31,000 SF

CHELSEA, MA-Corinthian Colleges leases 30,527 sf of space at 70 Everett Ave. The 108,000-sf office building was recently built by ACS Development Corp. and is the final addition to the three-building Harbour Pointe Park.

CHELSEA, MA-Corinthian Colleges is leasing 30,527 sf of space at 70 Everett Ave. The deal represents the third state branch campus for the institute. The 108,000-sf office was recently built by ACS Development Corp. Corinthian will occupy space on the fourth floor and part of the third floor of the five-story, two-year old building, which is the final addition to Harbour Pointe Park, a three-building, 215,000 sf office park owned and managed by ACS Development.

Patricia Simboli, a principal of ACS Development notes that this lease puts the building at 75% occupancy. “This brand new campus will provide training for in-demand jobs,” she says. The college will offer training and diploma programs in medical assisting, pharmacy technology and massage therapy. The facility will include administrative offices, classrooms, lab space and a bookstore. In Massachusetts, Corinthian has campuses in Brighton and in Bedford.
