The building is part of a three-building complex comprised of 81,000 sf and located just beyond Ayer center. The buildings were previously fully occupied by PolyOne for nearly 10 years. Resource says it chose this location because of the attractive rental rateand lack of available similar properties further west on the Route 2 corridor.
Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for similar space in the area according to Spaulding & Slye Colliers' most recent statistics is about $6 per sf.
