Shorefront Development Planned in St. Clair Shores

ST. CLAIR SHORES, MI-A $28-million condominium project is coming to the shores of Lake St. Clair in this Detroit suburb.

ST. CLAIR SHORES, MI-A $28-million, 14-story condominium project offering 74 units, pools, and private parking, is planned for here, according to a partner in the project.

The project is the second major condo project along Lake St. Clair in the suburb’s Nautical Mile section announced in the past year.

Miller Marina, located on 13.5-acres at 24770 Jefferson Ave., will continue to offer a full-service marina and 385 outdoor boat slips to customers, but will build the condo development in an area the marina had used for dry storage of boats.
