Albertson's at Bonita Springs is located on the southeast corner of Bonita Beach Road and Imperial Street in south Lee County and is considered a high-quality center. An Albertson's grocery store is the anchor tenant of the shopping center, which was built in 2002. The center was 98% occupied at press time. Other tenants include: Taco Ardiente, Figaro's Pizza, Great Clips, Sunny Nails and New Peking Chinese Restaurant.
Anthony Blanco and Dennis Carson of Miami-based BlackRock Realty Advisors represented the subsidiary of the Sembler Co. in the transaction. There was no broker for the buyer.
