Jim Cockels, office associate and Gary Gruskowski, VP of the industrial division at Insite, were responsible for handling the transaction on behalf of the seller, Uzelac Enterprises Incorporated.

Skymark Mortgage bought the space with the intentions of moving its headquarters to the new location.

A sale price was not disclosed.
