Marina Grande will be on Blue Heron Boulevard at the Singer Island Bridge, adjacent to Singer Island, known for its weekly arts festival and boating community.
Residences will include carpeting, paint, tiled kitchens, baths and foyers, and marble flooring in the master bathrooms. The units will range in size from 1,560 sf to 2,230 sf and each residence features water views, expansive living rooms and Italian designer kitchens. Residence prices begin in the low $300,000s.
On-site amenities will include a clubhouse with a fitness center and meeting space, a landscaped, heated pool with a Jacuzzi, tennis courts, covered parking and 24-hour security.
"Marina Grande will be defined by its laid-back, easy lifestyle, designed for water lovers. We are catering to boat owners specifically with our own chart room, easy access to the inlet and valet boat services," Stuart Feder, the project's director of sales, says in a statement. International Sales Group is the project's exclusive listing broker. Sales are planned to start next month.
Boca Developers, based in Boca Raton, FL, and Swerdlow, based in Hollywood, FL, have joined on other projects. Among them is Biscayne Landing at North Miami, an urban village that will include approximately 5,000 condominiums, a hotel or two, and a town commons built on nearly 190 acres and with a unit sellout value of $2.5 billion.
Boca Developers is one of South Florida's largest luxury condo developers. Swerdlow Real Estate Group is a private real estate investment trust that owns, develops, manages and leases real estate.
