NEW YORK CITY-Apollo Management subleased 31,500 sf at the 1.5-million-sf 9 West 57th St., also known as the Solow Building. The investment firm inked an 11-year deal for the entire 43rd floor, which was previously occupied by Tyco International. Financial details of the lease were not released, however space in the 50-story glass tower is advertised at $85 per sf and sources say space in the upper floors trades for upwards of $100 per sf.

The investment firm will relocate from 1301 Avenue of the Americas, where it occupies approximately 29,000 sf.
