Anchor tenants at the mall include JC Penney, Elder-Beerman, Hobby Lobby and Martin's Supermarket. Vacancy information was not provided by the parties involved and was not otherwise immediately available.

This is the second major disposition TCC has had from CSFB in recent weeks. In November, it sold a 1.1 million-sf, 11-property industrial portfolio to the Phoenix-based investment group Presson Cos. for $40.6 million. The properties are located in Utah and Arizona. Presson was the sole bidder for the portfolio.
