Deane joins Advantis as senior property manager in the Central Florida market, the same position she held at Lincoln. She will be specifically responsible for handling the BGK portfolio of office buildings in Orlando which includes Corporate Park and American Pioneer III.
Downtown properties Deane has managed include Lincoln Plaza and First Union Tower, now renamed Wachovia Tower. Caryn Carreiro, regional director of management services at Advantis, calls Deane "an excellent addition to our management services team."
Deane is a director at the local chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association; co-chairs the BOMA Orlando Government Affairs Committee; and is a member of the Downtown Orlando Security Alliance.
