Located off Pinecrest Rd., the buildings of Reston Office Campus are all of a single-story design and sport about 21,000 sf each. Other campus tenants include the Annunciation Academy, which occupies an entire building, and Renal Care Associates, which maintains a 6,000-sf space. Further terms of New Year Tech's lease have not been disclosed, however, a comment by KB Realty Advisors senior vice president Peter Potrykus hints that the tenant is likely to expand its space at the class B facility in the not-so-distant future.
