Initially, he will focus on the management of the office building at 200 S.E. 1st St., a 140,000-sf building Downtown—that the company's newest account in the area. Fronstin will also help in the expansion of the company's property owner leasing and property management business in South Florida. In addition, his duties will include the management of Quiet Waters Business Park, a 350,000-sf, class A industrial park owned by Cigna in Deerfield Beach, FL.

Before joining Grubb & Ellis, Fronstin was a vice president for TCC, where he was responsible for a two-million-sf to three-million-sf institutional office, industrial and retail portfolio. Previously, he was a property manager for Glenborough Realty Trust. He has a bachelor's degree from Florida State University, where he majored in real estate, and currently is president of BOMA of South Florida.
