The four-story building is located within the 10 and 20 Burlington Mall Road complex, which consists of a three-story building at 20 Burlington Rd. and totals 157,000 sf. The buildings, which were developed by Boston Properties in the mid 1980s, are situated on a ten-acre site near both Route 128 and Route 3.
The properties' major tenants include Kforce, Marine Polymer Technologies, SAIC and Openlink Software. With this transaction, the complex is 97% leased. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for similar space in the area is about $20 per sf, according to Spaulding & Slye Colliers most recent statistics.
