Mayflower Communications Takes 14,000 SF

BURLINGTON, MA- Mayflower Communications leases 13,918 sf at 20 Burlington Mall Rd. The 100,000-sf first-class office building is owned by Boston Properties and located within the 10 and 20 Burlington Mall Road complex.

BURLINGTON, MA- Mayflower Communications is leasing 13,918 sf 20 Burlington Mall Rd. The 100,000-sf first-class office property is owned by Boston Properties. Meredith & Grew Inc.’s John A. Carroll III, vice president, and Elias Demakes represented Boston Properties in the transaction and procured the tenant, which develops solutions to the air, space, automotive radio navigation market and communication data link market.

The four-story building is located within the 10 and 20 Burlington Mall Road complex, which consists of a three-story building at 20 Burlington Rd. and totals 157,000 sf. The buildings, which were developed by Boston Properties in the mid 1980s, are situated on a ten-acre site near both Route 128 and Route 3.
