Walters/Gottlieb Partners, a commercial real estate brokerage and property management company founded in 1989, has handled the management and coordinated leasing for Phillips Point for all three of its owners since it was completed in 1986. The developer and original owner, Murray Goodman, sold the property to Phillips Point Inc. in conjunction with Hart Advisors Inc.

"The tenant base has been extremely stable over the years, and the property continues to attract prestigious companies to this location," says Michael Walters of Walters/Gottlieb Partners, which is based at Phillips Point. "The new owners are long-term investors who recognize tremendous value in Phillips Point's physical characteristics, location and superior tenant roster. The property will continue to be operated in the first-class manner that its tenancy and the market have come to enjoy."

The class A property, located at 777 S. Flagler Dr., was sold for $138 million in December. Tenants at the approximately 95% occupied Phillips Point include Ernst & Young LLP, KPMG LLP, Wachovia Bank, Slim-Fast Foods Co., Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley, Foley & Lardner and Greenberg Traurig.
