The site, generally bounded by Dale and Arundel streets, Minnehaha Avenue and railroad tracks, has been at the top of the Port Authority's list for a business center. The site is part of what is known as the Dale Street Shops and will be an extension of the Port Authority's 22-acre Great Northern Business Center at Dale and Topping streets.
