PLYMOUTH, MN-Northstar Partners, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield, says it has landed the leasing assignment for the office building at 3033 Campus Drive in Plymouth.

Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Inc. is owner of the five-story, 351,000 sf building at the intersection of Interstate 494 and Highway 55. Lend Lease also hired Northstar to market the building

William Horvath, a principal of Lend Lease, said Northstar was hired because they “carefully prepared a value creation strategy and creative marketing plan for the property with detailed action steps specifically addressing improvements of the grounds, common areas, and graphics of the property.”
