In the larger of the two deals, Adobe Systems has inked a $769,961 lease for a suite in the Monarch Corporate Center located at 9909 Mira Mesa Blvd. According to the terms of the 60-month agreement, Adobe Systems will occupy the entire 6,232-sf suite. Adobe Systems was represented by Colliers International in the recent transaction. Chris Hobson and Dave Odmark of BRE Commercial acted on behalf of the lessor, Monarch at Scripps Ranch LLC.

Separately, a suite in the Scripps Technology Plaza has been leased for $522,614 by Secure Payments Systems Inc. The lessee has inked a 62-month agreement to occupy 5,505 sf in the facility, which stands at 10650 Scripps Ranch. Secure Payments Systems Inc. was represented by BRE Commercial's Jack Kruger and Shawn Craig. Their BRE Commercial colleagues Hobson and Robert Kuzman spoke on behalf of the lessor, Cornerstone Investments.
