Jeffrey Scott, senior vice-president of brokerage with Brenner Real Estate Group, represented the property owner, Ledds Enterprises of Sterling Heights, MI, in the transaction. Tony Hoover of CB Richard Ellis represented Audrey Morris Cosmetics International.

According to Scott, Audrey Morris Cosmetics chose the Enterprise Center space because of its frontage along Green Road, the 3,800-sf corporate account showroom space and the 100% air-conditioned build-out the company needed to store cosmetics.

Audrey Morris Cosmetics furnishes private label cosmetics for major hotels and spas in the United States and provides off-label products to European cosmetic companies.
