The seller was the owner of Olson Cos. Inc., which leased back 75,000 sf of the facility for a period of three years and continues to lease the rest of the building on a month-to-month basis until a long-term tenant is found, according to one of the brokers involved in the transaction. The asking rate for the space is $3.25 per sf.

Eric Ogden, vice president of HSA's acquisition division, HSA/READ, led the acquisition team. HSA was represented in the lease transaction by Samuel Dickman, Jr., of The Dickman Company Inc., which will continue to act as the exclusive leasing agent. Olson Cos. was represented in the transaction by Chad Vande Zande and Jon Packee of Grubb & Ellis/Boerke Company in Milwaukee.
