Northstar Partners Hires Connie Grady

MINNETONKA, MN-The 15-year industry veteran, previously with the Shelard Group, will work for the commercial real estate company's office brokerage team.

MINNETONKA, MN-Northstar Partners, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield, recently hired Connie Grady for its office brokerage team. Grady has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, recently working on director of business development for Opus Northwest, a division of Minnetonka, MN-based Opus Cos. She was responsible for developing new build-to-suit opportunities in the Northwest region and overseeing the marketing services department.

Prior to Opus, Grady worked for the Shelard Group in the early 1990s, where she worked with Clinton Miller, president of Northstar Partners. “We watched her develop into an extremely talented and respected member of the Twin Cities brokerage community,” Miller says.
