The 70,700-sf office building at the intersection of Bren Road and Hwy. 169, is the entrance to the 600-acre Opus business park. More than 60,000 sf is becoming available in the building, according to Joe Meyer of JLT Group, a St. Paul-based commercial real estate company. Meyer said JLT picked Northstar because they are a "proven leasing team who is active in this submarket."
The Northstar team of Gordie Hampson and Jason Butterfield will be responsible for marketing and leasing Gateway South. The glass building was designed by Opus, and amenities within the park include a hotel, restaurants, banks, and a six-mile running/walking trail system.
Northstar Partners, based in Minneapolis, is a commercial real estate firm founded in 2002 by Terry Kingston and Clint Miller, both Twin Cities real estate veterans.
