SUGAR LAND, TX-Hospitality USA is bringing its Baker St. Pub & Grill concept to Sugar Land Town Square, leasing 5,685 sf along City Walk Street. The eatery will open in the spring.

The Houston-based Hospitality USA penned a long-term lease to join a lineup that includes Starbucks, PF Chang’s China Bistro, Cafe Express, Perry’s Grille & Steakhouse and Japaneiro’s Sushi Bistro & Latin Grill. The first phase, now 87% leased, also includes 50,000 sf of office space and a Marriott hotel and convention center. The build-out will bring another 100,000 sf of retail and 550,000 sf of office space. Rates for retail space in the project range from $15 per sf to $20 per sf.
