Spaulding & Slye Colliers principal William P. Barrack and assistant vice president Benjamin D. Heller represented the tenant in the transaction. W/W High Street LLC, a joint venture partnership of Walton Street Capital LLC and Westbrook Partners LLC, owns the property.

The 32-story, 750,000 sf first-class office building is located on the corner of High Street and Congress and overlooks the Central Artery and the soon to be created Emerald Necklace.

According to Bridget O'Brien, managing director of Adams Harkness & Hill, the firm was able to take advantage of the market and improve its operating position. "99 High St. offered the best combination of infrastructure, flexibility, views and location," says Barrack. "In addition, it satisfies the long-term objectives and growth needs for the firm." Lease rates for this deal were not available, but space in the building rents for about $40 to $45 per sf, with the higher floors commanding the higher rents.
